- = Edgar “Ted” Fenstermacher Scholarship:
- available to high school seniors planning to pursue a degree in agriculture
- $500 toward college tuition
- students must provide an acceptance letter from the college/university
- available to high school seniors planning to pursue a degree in education with the intent to teach natural, environmental, and/or agricultural sciences.

In addition to academic scholarships, the CCCD will award scholarships towards tuition at EITHER the Penn State Conservation Leadership School or the Wildlife Leadership Academy. Two $300 scholarships will be awarded to help pay for tuition to the schools. Only one scholarship awarded per individual towards the program of their choosing.
- Penn State Conservation Leadership School Scholarship
- Available to high school students (ages 14-18) interested in attending a one- week summer session to learn about the world around them-focusing on natural resource issues such as aquatic habitat enhancement, team building ropes and challenge courses, PA Game Commission Hunter/Trapper Education and green initiatives, recycling, and composting.

- Wildlife Leadership Academy
- A year round program, the Academy begins with rigorous summer field schools that focus on wildlife/fisheries biology and conservation as well as leadership skills development and continues with community outreach through education, service, media engagement, creative arts, and outdoor mentorship.
- Available to 14-17 year-old students with an interest in wildlife and/or fisheries conservation and the outdoors.
